ENGINEERING | Specialized HVACR Design

FABRICATION | Explosion-Proof HVACR Fabrication and Manufacturing

Upon approval of the engineering drawings for your system, your project advances to DWD’s fabrication and manufacturing shops. Here, we custom-build cabinetry and skids for your HVAC or pressurization system.

All work is performed according to a stringent quality control and assurance program that ensures the final product meets your specifications. In addition to our internal quality control, our project-specific Inspection Test Plans incorporate third-party inspection as desired by the client.

ELECTRICAL | HVACR Control Panels

At The SK Alliance LTD, we believe that every aspect of our equipment should exceed expectations — even the elements that aren’t normally visible. Inside each cabinet you’ll find a carefully laid out electrical panel, designed and assembled in house.

COATING | Protective Coatings for Corrosion-Resistant & Marine HVACR

Part of what makes our systems so durable is our proprietary coating system. We use only the highest quality coatings to help protect your equipment from the corrosive, calciferous or otherwise damaging conditions in which it may be installed. This helps to ensure that HVAC and pressurization systems branded with the SK name will maintain their serviceability for years to come.

In addition to using quality products, we pay close attention to how the materials are applied — from surface preparation to primer to the final coats of anti-corrosion protectant. Our proprietary application method protects condenser and evaporator coils with minimal effect on the heat transfer necessary for operation.

MECHANICAL | Specialized HVACR Assembly and Testing

The mechanical shop is where it all comes together. Our custom-built components are supplemented by OEM parts that have been coated to ensure longevity. Once your project has been assembled, we start up the system in our shops and perform Factory Acceptance Testing.

Because we deliver systems to remote locations around the globe, our projects frequently require the approval of various regulatory bodies. Our staff is knowledgeable about relevant codes, regulations and specialized design requirements to ensure that your system meets local and international standards.

COMISSIONING | Communication

When you purchase equipment or systems from SK, you gain access to a team of seasoned HVAC professionals. Our team of experts travels worldwide to commission the system, ensuring it performs as intended. After all, who knows your equipment better than the people who designed, built and manufactured it?

The SK team assigned to your project will start up our system in your building fabricator’s yard to verify the equipment is operating as designed. If your system is intended for offshore use, we are also available to perform commissioning after the facility is integrated into a platform, and again once the platform has reached its final destination. No matter the conditions of your equipment’s final environment, our team will perform assessments and make adjustments to optimize system performance.
